IMPORTANT: BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.

COPYRIGHT
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software, including any copies that you make, is owned by Zsid Mikls.
The Software is licenced, not sold. The Software consists of machine-readable instructions, audio/visual content (such as software documentation) and related licenced materials.

Except as described in this licence, you may not distribute, rent, lease, modify, sublicence, or decompile or reverse engineer this software or the media and documentation.

Zsid Mikls grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in commercial or non commercial purposes.
You may make a reasonable number of copies of the Software for backup and recovery purposes.
You may not remove or obscure any copyright and trademark notices relating to the Software.

At Zsid Mikls's discretion, Zsid Mikls may provide limited support through email. Zsid Mikls incurs no obligation to provide any support under this Agreement.

TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Zsid Mikls if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of Software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL ZSID MIKLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR OTHER ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ZSID MIKLS OR ITS AUTHORIZED SUPPLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ADDITION ZSID MIKLS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CLAIMED BY YOU BASED ON ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM.

INTEGRATION
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Zsid Mikls relating to its subject matter. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, representations and warranties and prevails over any conflicting or additional terms of any quote, order, acknowledgment, or other communication between the parties relating to its subject matter during the term of this Agreement. No modification of this Agreement will be binding, unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of each party.

UPGRADES
If you purchase, receive or download an upgrade, this Agreement will be extended to include both the original version of the Software and the new version.
